In Store Purchases
If you change your mind or no longer want that particular goods, the goods you purchased may be returned to our store to be exchanged for another product or a store credit to the value of the goods you purchased. Goods must be returned within 14 days in saleable condition and must not have been used. You must also provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for our refund policy.
Refunds will be for the amount of the item and not include delivery fees.
Customers are entitled to a refund of the price, credit or exchange where the product(s) purchased is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description provided or does not do what it was described to do. We are happy to exchange, credit or repair goods if you choose. The refund policy only applies if the goods are returned for inspection within a reasonable time period from purchase and if you can prove they were purchased by you from Catalogue & Club Sports Warehouse (i.e. you have your receipt). All products must be inspected by the manufacturer’s agent before claim is approved.
